When will my order be delivered?
Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days
Express delivery is 1-2 days from despatch
Scottish Highlands & remote areas can take up to 5 working days
Can I amend or cancel my order?
All orders can be amended or cancelled prior to despatch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number. Once orders have been despatched unfortunately orders cannot be amended or cancelled and will need to be returned on arrival.

Can I Collect my order?
Orders are available to collect from Gift Envy, Village Farm Business Park, Foston on the Wolds, Driffield, YO25 8BJ. Once your order is ready to collect we will email you to arrange collection.
Can I Send My Order As A Gift?
Yes, At the checkout just enter the persons address you wish to send it to as the delivery address. Select yes -please hide prices from the drop down menu. In the box below enter any message you would like including in the box.
If you wish the item to be gift wrapped please select our gift wrapping service here . There is an extra charge for gift wrap.
We will then not include any pricing or invoice details within the gift itself.
