When will my order be delivered?

Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 working days

Next working day delivery is next working from despatch (2days)

Scottish Highlands & remote areas can take up to 5 working days

International delivery can take up to 10 days

Can I amend or cancel my order? 

All orders can be amended or cancelled prior to despatch by emailing sales@giftenvy.co.uk stating your order number. Once orders have been despatched unfortunately orders cannot be amended or cancelled and will need to be returned on arrival.

Where is my delivery?

For UK deliveries please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive. For International deliveries please allow 14 working days for your order to arrive. To report a missing order please email: sales@giftenvy.co.uk

I want to return my item?

My item is faulty?

All faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item, by emailing returns@giftenvy.co.uk. For further information on returning faulty items please visit the Returns & Refunds Page.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes. All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. A signature will be required on delivery. Please allow 5 days for delivery Europe and 7 days for delivery to the Rest of the World.

Can I Collect my order?

Orders are available to collect from Gift Envy, Village Farm Business Park, Foston on the Wolds, Driffield, YO25 8BJ. Once your order is ready to collect we will email you to arrange collection.

Can I Send My Order As A Gift? 

Yes, At the checkout just enter the persons address you wish to send it to as the delivery address. Please state at the checkout in the notes box that the order is for a gift or email sales@giftenvy.co.uk. Or alternatively you can select our gift wrapping service . We will then not include any pricing or invoice details within the gift itself.
