Whether as a driver, rider, water sports enthusiast, or in the hospital ward or motorcycle workshop, bworld items provide hours of fun on their own or make the perfect addition to the detailed vehicles. With the new themed sets you can dive even deeper into the world of Bruder. Printed wall elements with easy-to-mount adjustable feet now form the space for even more reality when playing and the new shelving system can also interact with the elements.

UPS stores offer customers a wide range of services including print services, mailboxes and, of course, UPS' global shipping solutions. There is now a UPS store from BRUDER with equipment and figure. Here, parcels can be picked up and dropped off, shipping boxes purchased and other services used. The employee included in the set will be happy to help. The UPS store is the perfect addition to the UPS vehicles from Mercedes (item no. 02538), Mack (item no. 02828) and Scania (item no. 03581) already in the BRUDER range. And of course, the UPS parcel shop is easy to combine with the other bworld themed sets.

Orders placed after 12 noon will be despatched the next working day. Delivery service used is either Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail 2nd Class or Parcelforce 48. Safe place option available. Collection From YO25 8BJ
Orders are available to collect from Gift Envy, Village Farm Business Park, Foston on the Wolds, Driffield, EAST YORKSHIRE YO25 8BJ. Once your order is ready to collect we will email you to arrange collection. We aim to have your order ready for collection within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
International Shipping
For international shipping please email info@giftenvy.co.uk or via our contact page with the product(s) you would like and delivery address. We will reply with a delivery quote.
Packaging
We as a company try to recycle packaging as much as possible. This includes delivery boxes and filling. So please be aware your products maybe packaged on arrival in a recycled box as we are just trying to help the environment a little bit.
If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition and in the original box or bag (including all packaging) with proof of purchase (delivery note or Invoice) and we will refund it. All complimentary items (gift bag or box) must be included. We are unable to exchange products. If you would like a different product a new order must be placed. Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we'd expect this to mean that you've kept packaging and labels, and that the item is unused and undamaged.
Buyer to pay return postage costs. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once the item has been returned in it's original condition a full refund (excluding postage & packaging costs) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
Faulty Items
All faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item, by emailing returns@giftenvy.co.uk
You will then receive by email a returns form to be fill in and included in the parcel, plus a pre-paid returns label to be attached to the parcel. This can then be dropped off at any post office. Please retained your proof of postage.
Damaged in Transit
All items that have arrived damaged must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item, by emailing returns@giftenvy.co.uk. Please include pictures of the damage on the product, the packaging used and the box it arrived in. All these must be included in the email before any refund can be issued. By return email you will be advised of the refund and arrangements made for the damaged item.
Refund Policy
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.
Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order, by the same means the order was placed with within 14 days. This includes items you've purchased in Clearance events.

Christmas Returns Policy
To help you shop with confidence this season, our Christmas returns policy is valid from 12 October until 12 December. Any purchases made online between these dates can be returned up until 10 January. For purchases made from 13th December, our normal return policy applies.
